This is my Sunday routine to prepare my snacks for the week so I don’t really have to think about it! If you are at all like me, you get busy during the day and grab whatever when you feel hungry. If you take just an hour or two to prep some healthy snack for the week, then you save yourself from grabbing that cookie or candy! These are all healthy snack and taste great! The best part is they do not take that long to prepare! I timed myself and it only took me a total of 1 1/2 hours from the time of getting all my supplies out to washing everything! Trust me, it is so worth it!
The only things you will need that you may not have is these two simple things that are so worth having!
