Great yummy and healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat flour You can also use almond flour
- ⅓ cup Crunchy peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ cup protein powder I use vanilla
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Roll mixture to form 12 even sized balls (approx. 3/4 oz.)
