Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl

By far my favorite meal ever - I could eat it every day!!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Almond Milk I use unsweetened vanilla and I use a little more than 4 oz (use your judgement)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt can be plain also - about 4 tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein powder
  • 2 ounces frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp granola
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries This is to your discretion how much you want

Instructions
 

  • Blend milk, yogurt, protein powder, mango, banana and honey in blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl (smoothie bowl, not a smoothie). Top with granola and berries (can be any kind of berries you prefer).
