Easy Overnight Oats
Blueberry Lemon Muffin Overnight Oats
This is one version, but can make many versions with the first basic ingredients.
Ingredients
Base Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (Plain)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sweetener (I use honey)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry Lemon Muffin ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries I think frozen works best
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp honey
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a mason jar and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

There are many variations you can make starting with the base ingredients:
- Peanut butter and jelly:
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbs creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbs crushed peanuts
- Banana Nutella:
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips.
- Almond Joy:
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almonds chopped
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tsp maple syrup
