Instructions
Preheat oven to 355°. Spray a muffin pan or mini loaf pan with oil
In a large bowl, whisk flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt together.
In a small bowl, combine milk, cottage cheese, oil, eggs and honey. Whisk well and add to dry ingredients. Stir to combine
Divide batter evenly between loaf/muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and golden on top. Serve Warm!
