Welcome to my blog!
Hello I am happy to welcome you to my blog! I have been working on this for quite some time! I love to write and tell stories so I hope you will continue to watch for updates as I have some great ideas to write about!
I am the type of person who has to be busy all the time. I work full-time, currently taking 9 college credits, run 40-60 miles a week, do a 30-45 minute workout per day on top of running, cook most of our dinners, make my own healthy snacks, and love to find all kinds of projects around the house! Now to I am adding the blog! Since I can do all this at am my age, I just would like to encourage everyone of all ages to keep going.
Please DO NOT give up, just like the saying goes, all it takes is one foot in front of the other. You may have to take a few steps backwards once in a while, but that is okay. We all face challenges, but we can overcome and keep going. You don’t have to fill every day, just fill your lives with fun new projects – taking a cooking class, find a craft project, read a new book that is out of the ordinary for you, listen to a podcast, take a class in something you have always been interested in, or train for a 5k!
MY MOTTO: NEVER SAY – I CAN’T DO IT! 🙂
