Saving Money with What is in your pantry
I am not going to make one of those long blogs where you have to read through it all just to get to the recipe. I just wanted to post about trying to be better with my grocery shopping.
I have been going through my refrigerator and pantry prior to grocery shopping. I hate to let things go to waste, so I have been taking an inventory of what I have then looking up healthy recipes to utilize those ingredients. It is such a great way to have no waste and at the same time save yourself some money on your grocery budget.
A few things I made this week because I had a bag of leftover shredded cabbage, peppers and zucchini that needed to be used, and my mother gave me a rather large bag of frozen blueberries, so I made the following recipes:
Coleslaw (healthy) | Achieve the distance
Stuffed Pepper Casserole | Achieve the distance
Blueberry Crumble (Healthy) | Achieve the distance
Easy Overnight Oats | Achieve the distance
A couple things for these I have and love:
