Mango Salsa

This is amazing and easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Mango (peeled, seeded and chopped) I cheat and used frozen chunked mango that I thaw in microwave.
  • 1 large tomato (seeded and chopped) can also use can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 pepper Jalapeno chopped and seeded
  • 1 onion thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine mango, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, green onion and lime juice.
  • cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

It tastes better the more it marinates in the refrigerator.
You can also put it in a blender for a quick second if you don't like it chunky.
