Exercises

1. Reverse Lung + single arm press right- 6 reps

2. Reverse Lung + single arm press left – 6 reps

3. Side gorilla – 6 reps

4. Dumbbell back squat – 6 reps (as much weight as you can tolerate for six rounds)

5. stationary gorilla – 6 reps (jump back and forth in a plan format, then do a pushup between)

6. Running on the spot – 30 seconds

40 second rest – repeat for 6 rounds total!!
